Built by an Operator
More than three decades inside the flooring business have included senior leadership across distribution, commercial contracting, installation, sales, operations, and market development.
Peter Rincione has served as President and CEO of Professional Trade Supply and as President of Spectra Contract Flooring in Denver, part of one of North America's largest commercial flooring organizations. He has also served in flooring industry board and association leaderships.
Greige Matter draws on that operating experience to examine businesses from the inside out: how they make money, where they lose it, how markets change around them, and how leadership decisions translate into operating results.
